"Truth Or Dare", conocida como "In Bed with Madonna", fuera de norteamerica, es un documental que muestra la crónica de la vida de Madonna durante su gira mundial "Blond Ambition World Tour" de 1990.
El título del documental es debido al famoso juego "Verdad Consecuencia", afuera de Norteamérica el título fue cambiado por "In Bed With Madonna", debido a que dicho juego no era demasiado conocido en otros paises. En algunas entrevistas concedidas por Madonna, ella se ha quejado del titulo, "In Bed With Madonna", y lo ha descripto como " estupido".
Todas las imágenes del documental fueron grabadas en blanco y negro excepto las que muestran a Madonna sobre el escenario. En "Truth Or Dare" aparecen celebridades como Olivia Newton John, Antonio Banderas, Sandra Bernhard, Kevin Costner y Warren Beatty, con quien Madonna tenía un affair en ese momento luego de haber filmado "Dick Tracy" en 1990. "Truth Or Dare" fue realizado en VHS, VCD (en Asia solamente), Laserdisc y más tarde en DVD. Las versiones en vivo de "Like A Virgin" y "Holiday" fueron lanzados como videos promocionales del documental en MTV.Este documental muestra varias realidades del tour como: en Japòn el show tuvo problemas de sonido y Madonna no se dio cuenta que el show estaba dàndose en època de lluvias en ese paìs, con respecto a esto, Madonna ha dicho que lo unico que la hacìa olvidar por un segundo el miedo a los rayos y relàmpagos, era saber que pronto volverìa a Norteamerica. El documental tambièn muestra que en America, Madonna conoce a los familiares de sus bailarines; uno de los bailarines, Oliver, se encuentra con su padre a quien no veìa hacìa muchos años. Durante el rodaje del documental, Madonna asiste a la premiere de "Dick Tracy" con Warren Beatty, durante su estadia en Washington D.C. . Ademàs muestra, que durante el ùltimo concierto en Toronto, la policìa querìa arrestar a Madonna a causa de la escena de masturbaciòn durante la canciòn "Like a Virgin"; Madonna se niega a cambiar su show argumentando: "la ùltima vez, yo estaba de gira y Sean estaba en prisiòn, creo que ahora es mi turno". El manager de Madonna en ese entonces, Freddy DeMann argumenta que la amenaza de ir a prisiòn, hacìa que Madonna quisiera ir mucho màs lejos aùn y que no servirìa de nada. Segùn un reporte de noticias, la policìa de Toronto al fin decidiò no arrestar a Madonna, agregando que las amenazas fueron hechas. El show tambièn se hizo en Detroit, ciudad de nacimiento de Madonna, y por la cual ella tiene un gran amor; Madonna ha dicho que ha sido difìcil volver a casa, especialmente despuès de que la fama parece haber cambiado lo que uno ama tanto. Al finalizar "Holiday", Madonna llama al escenario a su padre para cantarle el cumpleaños. Antes de dejar Detroit, Madonna visita la tumba de su madre mientras "Promise to Try" suena de fondo; esta es la primera vez que Madonna visita la tumba de su madre desde que era niña. El documental tambièn muestra los problemas de Madonna durante la gira en su garganta, motivo por el cual debiò cancelar algunas de sus presentaciones. En conclusiòn, "Truth Or Dare", es un documental profundo, que muestra el otro lado de la vida de Madonna.

"Truth Or Dare" is a documentary chronicling the life of Madonna during her 1990 "Blond Ambition World Tour". Released in 1991, the film was generally well-received by critics and was successful at the box office, becoming the highest grossing documentary of all time with a worldwide gross of $29 million, while still at #8 in 2010. It was screened out of competition at the 1991 Cannes Film Festival.
The title of the documentary is in reference to the party game "Truth Or Dare?". Outside North America the documentary title was changed by Miramax Films to In Bed with Madonna, due to the game being relatively unknown in other countries. Madonna has commented in various interviews that she hates the title of "In Bed With Madonna" and has expressed it as "stupid".
The entire documentary is filmed in Black-and-white, except for onstage sequences which are in full color. There are appearances from celebrities such as Olivia Newton-John, Antonio Banderas, Sandra Bernhard, Kevin Costner and Warren Beatty, whom she was dating at the time after "Dick Tracy" film . "Truth Or Dare" was released on VHS, VCD (Asia only), Laserdisc and later DVD. The live versions of "Like A Virgin" and "Holiday" were released as music videos on MTV to promote the film.
"Truth Or Dare" documents realities of the show and her personal life: In Japan, there were sound problems, and Madonna did not realize that the tour is during the rainy season in Japan. Madonna confesses that the only thing keeping her from "slashing my wrists" is the thought of returning to North America. In America, Madonna meets the families of her dancers. One dancer, Oliver, sees his father for the first time in several years, while Madonna talks with her father, Silvio "Tony" Ciccone, on the phone. Though she insists that she can get him tickets, he is reluctant to impose. During her stay in Washington, D.C., Madonna attends the premiere of Dick Tracy with Beatty, with whom she co-starred. On the final night of the show in Toronto, Madonna is informed that police are prepared to arrest her if she performs the simulated masturbation scene at the end of "Like a Virgin". Madonna refuses to change her show, stating, "Last time I was on tour, Sean was in jail. I guess it's my turn." Freddy DeMann (Madonna's manager) bets that the threat of arrest will only make Madonna go further, and no one takes his bet. According to a news report, Toronto police decide not to arrest the singer, claiming that no threats were made. "The Blond Ambition Tour" goes to Madonna's hometown of Detroit; Madonna expresses the difficulty she has going back home, especially since fame seems to change one's loved ones. At the end of "Holiday", Madonna calls her father on stage and sings "Happy birthday to you". Before leaving Detroit, Madonna visits her mother's grave as "Promise to Try" plays in the background. It is the first time she has visited her mother's grave since she was a little girl. Due to Madonna's throat problems she cancels some of her shows.
