Desde 2008, año en que Christopher Ciccone, hermano de Madonna, publicó su libro “Life With My Sister Madonna”, la relación entre ambos se quebró.
En declaraciones a un programa de televisión de Inglaterra, Christopher admitió que él ha aprendido de su error, diciendo: “Hemos llegado a un punto en que, en lo que a mí respecta, hemos vuelto a ser hermano y hermana, y este es un buen lugar para mí”. “Lo que sucede entre nosotros ahora es privado y no hay otros libros que vayan a salir”.
