Madonna se presentará los días 28 y 29 de Noviembre en la ciudad de Medellín, Colombia, en el marco de su gira MNDA TOUR; Madonna anunció que su mayor interés en la ciudad de Medellín, es conocer a Sergio Fajardo, actual gobernador de Antioquia y creador de la transformación de la ciudad durante su alcaldía entre los años 2004 y 2007.
El interés de la Reina del Pop por conocer a Fajardo es debido a un documental realizado por el periodista Argentino Jorge Lanata, acerca de 26 personas capaces de salvar al mundo y entre ellos están el gobernador.
Ante semejante declaración de Madonna, Fajardo se sintió halagado y dijo:
“Naturalmente, también la quiero conocer: esa mujer es una estrella, es un símbolo muy poderoso. Además, es de mi generación y espero que se enamore de Medellín”. /
