PROBLEM WITH MADONNA AND THE VIRGIN DE LA MACARENA.
La marca de camisetas, 'Blasphemia T-shirts', ha accedido a retirar del mercado sus productos en los que aparecía Madonna en su clásica portada del álbum “Like A Virgin” con el rostro de la Virgen de la Macarena, tras un requerimiento realizado por la cofradía sevillana de España. Este requerimiento fue efectuado en junio pasado tras la sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Andalucía, en donde se reconoció a la hermandad de la Semana Santa sus derechos de tener registradas la imágenes de la Virgen, entre otros. /
The brand, 'Blasphemia T-shirts', has agreed to remove from sale its products in which Madonna appeared in her classic cover of the album “Like A Virgin” with the face of the Virgin de la Macarena, after a request made by the Seville brotherhood in Spain.
