Rocco de 16 años fue presuntamente atrapado con droga en su mochila en Primrose Hill, al norte de Londres, después de que los vecinos llamaron a la policía cuando lo vieron "fumar o drogarse" en la zona, informa Dailymail.co.uk.
"Rocco se ha convertido en una figura muy conocida en el vecindario y no por las razones correctas, y ha sido visto repetidamente actuando de manera sospechosa", dijo una fuente al periódico The Sun.
"Este incidente fue la gota de agua final, los residentes locales están hartos de que actúe de esta manera y llamaron a la policía", añadió la fuente.
Según fuentes, Rocco estaba sentado en una pared con un amigo cuando la policía se acercó a ellos y los funcionarios notaron rastros de cannabis en su ropa.
Se dice que se trató con el sistema de Triage, que tiene como objetivo asegurar que los jóvenes que son arrestados por delitos de bajo nivel por primera vez sean desviados del sistema de justicia penal con el uso de la práctica de restauración.

Rocco, 16-year-old, was allegedly caught with the drug in his rucksack in Primrose Hill, north London, after neighbours called police when they spotted him "smoking or doing drugs" in the area, reports dailymail.co.uk.
"Rocco has become a well-known figure in the neighbourhood and not for the right reasons. He's been repeatedly seen acting suspiciously," a source told The Sun newspaper.
"This incident was the final straw. Local residents are fed up with him acting in this manner and called the police," the source added.
According to sources, Rocco was sitting on a wall with a friend when police approached them and the officials noticed traces of cannabis on his clothes.
He is said to have been dealt with under the Triage system, which aims to ensure young people who are arrested for low level offences for the first time are diverted out of the criminal justice system with the use of restorative practice.
As a result, it is not thought that he will get a criminal record but may have to attend a number of workshops.
