Universal adquirió los derechos de Elyse Holander y anunció que pondrá en marcha un biopic basado en los comienzos profesionales de Madonna. Se llamará Blond Ambition, y contará la historia de la cantante a comienzos de los ochenta cuando se muda de Detroit a New York con la firme intención de hacerse un nombre en la industria musical, a medida que prepara su primer disco. El título del film es tomado del tour mundial que Madonna realizó en 1990 y que la llevó a recorrer varios puntos de Estados Unidos, como así también Japón, Italia, Inglaterra, España, Francia y Suiza, entre otros lugares. /
Universal has acquired the rights to Elyse Holander and announced that it will launch a biopic based on the professional beginnings of Madonna. It will be called Blond Ambition and it will tell the story of the singer in the early 1980s when she moves from Detroit to New York with the firm intention of making a name in the music industry as she prepares her first album. The title of the film is taken from the world tour Madonna made in 1990, which led her to travel around the United States, as well as Japan, Italy, England, Spain, France and Switzerland, among other places.
