El hermano indigente de Madonna, Gerard Anthony Ciccone, está en problemas con la ley una vez más.
Gerard no tiene hogar y tiene un historial de problemas con la bebida, y los lugareños dicen que es conocido por quemar un bar en Traverse City. Eso es lo que la policía dice que estaba haciendo este Lunes pasado cuando presuntamente se metió en una pelea con una mujer policía luego de una larga noche de borrachera. La policía dice que Ciccone tenía una orden de arresto por entrar sin autorización.
Ciccone resultó herido en la lucha y al ingresar en el hospital, su nivel de alcohol en la sangre era de un 0,40, casi 5 veces el límite legal.
Gerard Ciccone será acusado de delito grave por resistencia a la policía y se encuentra recluido en la cárcel sin derecho a fianza. /
Madonna's homeless brother, Gerard Anthony Ciccone, is in trouble with the law once again.
Gerard is homeless and has a history of drinking problems, and locals say he’s known to bum around from bar to bar in Traverse City. That’s what police say he was doing last Monday when he allegedly got into a fight with a female police officer after a long night of boozing. Police say Ciccone had an outstanding warrant for trespassing.
Ciccone was also reportedly injured in the struggle and when taken to the hospital, his blood alcohol level was a .40, nearly 5 times the legal limit.
Gerard Ciccone will be charged with a felony for resisting a police officer and is being held in jail without bond.
