STEPHEN BRAY TALKS ABOUT MADONNA.
El escritor, productor y baterista Stephen Bray fue entrevistado y habló sobre Madonna, aquí un extracto de la entrevista:
Siendo un gran fan de Madonna, siento que sería negligente si no te hago al menos una pregunta acerca de tu compañero de ASCAP y la Reina del Pop.
(Risas) Me dijo que el color púrpura era tal vez mi experiencia favorita , pero yo podría decir con la misma facilidad que aquellos primeros días - esos diez años de trabajar con Madonna - fueron algunos de los más felices momentos musicales de mi vida porque tuve la suerte de tener un compañero con en el que terminabamos cada una de las frases musicales, y no creo que me haya llevado tan bien con cualquier otro colaborador en términos de escritura.
Así que hay una gran cantidad de grabaciones inéditas de sus días de trabajo escribiendo con ella en que el público aún tiene que escuchar?
Hay un par de notas que se me ocurre: Hay un tema que estabamos escribiendo para Desperately Seeking Susan y no he oído esa pieza particular de música más que no sea en la pila de casetes que tengo en alguna parte. Entonces creo que tenemos una canción muy cool “First There's a Kiss” que nunca vio la luz del día.
Y crees que alguna vez va a ver la luz del día, o tal vez obtener una versión oficial?

Songwriter, producer and drummer Stephen Bray was interviewed and talked about Madonna:
Being a massive Madonna fan myself, I feel like I’d be remiss if I didn’t ask you at least one question about your fellow ASCAP member and Queen of Pop.
(Laughs) I said The Color Purple was maybe my favorite experience, but I could just as easily say that those early days – those ten years of working with Madonna – were some of the happiest musical times of my life because I was fortunate enough to have a partner where we finished each other’s musical sentences, and I don’t think I’ve ever gotten along quite as well with any other collaborator in terms of writing.
So are there a lot of unreleased recordings from your days working and writing with her that the public has yet to hear?
There are a couple of note that I can think of: There’s a theme song that we were writing to Desperately Seeking Susan, and I have not heard that particular piece of music other than in the pile of cassettes that I have somewhere. Then I think we have a really cool song “First There’s a Kiss” that never saw the light of day.
And do you think that they’ll ever see the light of day, or maybe get an official release?
I hope so!.
