“I'm Going To Tell You A Secret” es el primer álbum oficial en vivo de Madonna, grabado durante la gira “Re-Invention Tour” de 2004. El álbum fue un bonus del DVD lanzado del documental “I'm Going To Tell You A Secret”, dirigido por Jonas Åkerlund. El lanzamiento está disponible en CD+DVD (caja con CD doble), DVD+CD (caja con DVD Amaray) y en formato de descarga digital con el documental del tour.
Fue nominado a un premio Grammy en 2007 en la categoría de “Mejor Vídeo Musical de Larga Duración”.

El CD+DVD ya ha sido certificado con 'Oro' en Alemania por la IFPI por más de 900.000 unidades vendidas, y en EEUU ha vendido 1.000.000 copias en su primera semana, debutando en el Billboard 200, en la posición número 33 y a nivel mundial ha despachado ventas de mas de 13 millones de copias en todos sus formatos.
El álbum incluye la versión demo original de “I Love New York”, una canción que se encuentra en su álbum “Confessions on a Dance Floor” de 2005. La pista al principio fue compuesta como una canción rock antes de la inclusión en este álbum, en el cual se escucha enfocada hacia el genero Dance. / 

“I'm Going To Tell You A Secret” is the first official live album by Madonna, recorded during the “Re-Invention Tour” in 2004. The album was released as a bonus of the DVD edition of the documentary “I'm Going To Tell You A Secret”, directed by Jonas Åkerlund. The release is available on CD + DVD (double CD box), DVD + CD (DVD Amaray box) and digital download format of the tour.
The album was nominated for a Grammy Award in 2007 in the category of “Best Long Form Music Video”.
The CD + DVD has been certified 'Gold' by the IFPI in Germany for more than 900,000 units sold, in the U.S. has sold 1,000,000 copies in its first week debuting on the Billboard 200, at number 33, and worldwide it has shipped over 13 million copies in all formats.
The album includes the original demo version of “I Love New York”, a song that is in the album of 2005: “Confessions on a Dance Floor” . The track was initially composed as a rock song before the inclusion in this album, which is focused in the Dance genre.
